At RAW, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments remain in their original, unworn condition with all tags securely attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring the return authorization form is included inside.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund.
